Tasting Notes
Vibrant palate with pronounced floral notes reminiscent of dried rose
petals. It’s citrus brightness is complemented by a subtle sweetness,
creating a medium dry profile that is both refreshing and elegant.
Winemaker Notes
Our Gewürztraminer was hand harvested from our Over the Fence
Estate in Osoyoos BC. Following harvest, the grapes were meticulously
sorted, destemmed and whole berry pressed into stainless steel tanks,
the wine was racked, blended with fine lees and aged in stainless steel
then bottled end of January.
