Winemaker Notes
The Viognier was hand harvested from our Over the Fence Estate in Osoyoos BC. Following harvest, the grapes were meticulously sorted, destemmed and whole berry pressed into stainless steel tanks, the wine was racked, blended with fine lees, and aged in stainless steel separately, then bottled end of January.
